Simply Business Moves provided relocation support for 6 separate internal and external moves the M&C Saatchi of various sizes over the last 2 years. The projects have ranged in size from internal porterage to providing teams of over ten staff with several vehicles in support.

Project Solution

We have completed 6 separate removals for M&C Saatchi over the last 2 years. Our team completed all aspects of the relocation’s including dismantling and reassembly of furniture, packing and unpacking and moving items to location within M&C Saatchi various office premises The majority of these relocations have taken place outside of normal working hours.
The challenges for these projects were ensuring good communication between the operational team and the client. To achieve this, we have appointed a single point of contact for all communication between the client and Simply Business Moves. Prior to relocations we always provide a pre-move inspection to establish and mitigate any unforeseen circumstances.
For continuity, we have tried to maintain the same team on site where possible. The knowledge of the building and work involved have proved valuable, ensuring our staff have experience of working on site and with the furniture involved.

All works have been carried out with project time-frames and budgets.
