Land Securities (Victoria) Case Study

Client Requirements

Land Securities, Phase 1, needed to relocate 10,000cu ft to our storage for a time. We needed to undertake this swiftly and with care and respect as there were other offices still operating while the project was taking place. Phase 1 was successful. Phase 2, we needed to relocate all effects to Portland House, Victoria for a client of Land Securities. The information given to us was a floor plan. Our experienced Move Manager was capable of directing the team according to the plan and both Land Securities and the client were very happy with the result.

Project solution

Phase 1, we took instruction from Land Securities in what items needed to be stored. We then took a comprehensive inventory of all items and loaded all effects carefully and stored them into the Simply Storage.

Phase 2, our Move Manager liaised with the client over the phone before the move date to discuss the plan. The client could not be on site due to annual leave. Our Move Manager used his experience and plan reading skills to make sure all effects were placed in the correct areas and in the correct locations to help with giving the desks electricity.
